Hello, I am Mr. Smalls, the director at Faith A&M Youth Mentorship Navigators Outreach. We are a non-profit group out of Charleston, SC in partnership with the Restoration Project Foundation based in Anderson, SC. Our mission is to help as many schools throughout SC in mentoring our youth as they face a challenging life. We work with students throughout the school day and beyond to improve their life skills and educational outcomes through mentoring. We engage with principals, teachers, parents, and caregivers to ensure that students maintain sufficient academic progress, while additional leadership programming focuses on physical development,  trade skills, study opportunities, college recruiting, and other skill development aimed at motivating students to succeed.
